Collection and Delivery


Once you have paid your invoice after selecting the delivery option, the iForce Auctions Team will usually book the transport within 24hrs from payment, depending on working hours, time of payment etc... The transport on a 3 day courier service, and all prices can be found in the Delivery Charges page linked at the bottom of the website.


If you have paid the invoice after selecting to collect, you will have to do the following; for pallets, you'll be sent a reference number as soon as payment is cleared. For single items, you'll need to ring our Customer Service Team once payment is cleared to receive your reference number. When you have your reference number for collection, you'll need to quote this when you ring the team to book a collection date. Please note that collection bookings need to be made 24hrs in advance for pallets, and 48hrs in advance for single items.
When you arrive to collect, you'll need to bring your reference number and quote this at the gatehouse. As a security check, you will also need to provide a form of photographic identification in the form of a passport or driving license.

Please be aware that all orders must be paid within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Collection or delivery then must be booked within 7 days of payment. Failure to do so will result in the stock being revoked, relisted for sale, and your account being blocked.
