Stock Grading Terminology
This stock is unchecked, as returned by customer, normally a mixture of faulty/damaged, potentially parts missing, unsuitable orders, i.e incorrect size/colour and some items could be potentially unsafe. This is the lowest price stock, but with potentially perfect items mixed in. As a precaution we recommend that all items be tested before further onward sale to a Consumer.
Has been returned, but checked for condition, and deemed fit for resale. The visual inspection does not imply the items are all fully working as we do not test it is only an indication that the goods are in better condition that raw returns. This stock traditionally has packaging damage, cosmetic damage or occasionally components missing and as above may be faulty or not as we do not test.
Discontinued/superseded stock, in good condition, plus any returned items that would be fit for return to store resale, but are no longer on sale. Please note that the items are only visually inspected for grading and this does not imply that the items are in fully working order.
Single items - Dispatch
All postage on singles items will be charged at £6.99 for UK mainland post codes.
We provide an assured 72 hours post payment delivery - this 3 day service allows 2 days to pick and 1 day for delivery.
The stock will be dispatched within 48 hours on receipt of funds on a 24hr delivery service.
Please note that if there are any items which are bigger than the requirements for 24 hours service, they will be sent with a 48 hour large service.
Pallets - Dispatch
Postage varies dependent upon method: charges for full pallets are £48 per pallet although a quote can be given when buying between 10 and 24 pallets.
Delivery for all pallets - 1 day to pick and then if economy selected 3-5 days or 1 day on the next day delivery.
Full 26 pallet loads can be arranged - a standard charge would be circa £400 (Please contact our office in order to check availability for this service.
When buying pallets please provide us with a contact number (preferably a mobile number) so our courier company can contact you prior to the delivery of your pallet. Due to the terms & conditions of our courier, if there is no one to receive the pallet(s) on delivery, there may be a re-delivery charge.

Additional info
If there are any winning bids placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction ending, the timer will be reset allowing for a further 5 minutes.
The retail price is derived from the date the stock was first receipted into the warehouse and would have been the price paid by a customer returning the stock to a retailer, this could mean Retail Prices may vary to current quoted Retail Prices direct with the retailers.
Auctions depending on their start date will end at Thursday 12:00, any auctions with a bid on will close and be invoiced at that end date. Any auctions without a bid will roll over to end on the next scheduled auction end date.
Please be aware that all orders are required to be paid for within a maximum of 7 days of completion and then if collection selected to be collected within a maximum of 7 days again. Failure will result in the stock being relisted and your account having limitations applied.
If you are intending to collect your order please bare in mind that you will require a collection reference valid for the day of collection issued by the customer services team customerservices@iforceauctions.com. You will receive this reference via email within 24 hours of confirmed payment, as well as information on how to book the collection.
All buyers wishing to collect goods are required to inform security on site of their collection reference on arrival before gaining admittance.
All collecting parties will be requested to provide a form of photographic identification (Passport/ Driving Licence) This will be used to verify the stock is being dispatched to the correct purchaser.
