Single Items

Please make sure you supply your contact phone number so if there is a problem we can contact you. Stated postage is for MAINLAND UK ONLY. Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands, English Isles ie Jersey/Guernsey etc and all of Ireland. (this is due to our Carrier boundaries) If you wish to purchase an item to be delivered to these areas, please contact us and we will find the cheapest option for you. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All our items are sent via secure courier. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by Echeque. Pallets

Delivery
We have several contracted Pallet delivery providers, and will endeavour to give as competitive a price as possible for the destination. If purchasing 10 or more pallets, transport can be arranged at a reduced rate. Due to the terms and conditions of our pallet couriers, if there is nobody present to accept the delivery when the time and day confirmed they will issue a redelivery charge of £50. Please supply your contact details to allow them to avoid this. Our standard offering in an economy 72 hours delivery.

Collection

If collection is selected at the end of order a collection slot will be arranged. No unarranged collections will be permitted, vehicles without reference numbers will be turned away. All buyers wishing to collect goods are required to inform security on site of their collection reference on arrival before gaining admittance. The hours for collection are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm for pallets and 8am to 3pm for single items, collections outside of these hours will not be honoured. Single items require 48 hours notification for collections. All collecting parties will be requested to provide a form of photographic identification (Passport/ Driving Licence) This will be used to verify the stock is being dispatched to the correct purchaser. Please note all persons visiting our warehouse must be wearing safety boots and a high visibility jacket. Children and pet are not permitted onsite. Failure to collect your pallet will incur a fine: 26 pallets and over £500 per collection, below 26 pallets £250 per collection.
