Charges

Due to the rising amount of customers using Credit/Debit cards and Paypal to pay for orders, we have had to unfortunately, inline with other auction houses, add a 2% surcharge to the above stated transactions to cover the rising costs to iForce Auctions.
Please note payment via BACS & CHAPS will not incur any surcharge and if you choose to pay via this method, your Invoice Number must be used as the reference on the payment for identification purposes. You can either pay in cash with your bank or alternatively via internet banking by using the details on your invoice or below.
For customers who choose the above payment option of BACS/CHAPS, when you click 'Pay Now' you will automatically receive an email thanking you for your payment. Please note that payment has not been taken at this stage and you will still need to pay for your order via bank transfer or cash into your bank.

Return Information

Please note that if you opt to collect your single item order, the 7 day warranty will be nullified, meaning, returns will not be accepted once you leave the premises, as we advise that all customers inspect the items on site before departure.
This is due to the volume of buyers that are claiming fault once away from site for stock which we believe has been bought several months ago and we are being utilised as a swap out center. We have now put in place a customer collection agreement, which enables you to confirm that all items have been inspected and are in the condition as specified on our website.
