Please be aware that all orders are required to be paid within a maximum of 7 days of completion and then if collection selected to be collected within a maximum of 7 days again. Failure will result in the stock being relisted and your account having limitations applied. If you are intending to collect from site at Saltley, Birmingham please bare in mind that you will require a collection reference valid for the day of collection issued by the customer services team customerservices@iforceauctions.co.uk 24 hours in advance.
All buyers wishing to collect goods are required to inform security on site of their collection reference on arrival before gaining admittance. Pallet Collections If you opt to collect pallets won on iForce Auctions, when you book the collection with Customer Services, you will need to advise who will be collecting the order. All persons collecting stock must have safety boots and a high vis jacket. Collections which are made by any person other than courier, will need to ensure any claims regarding missing or incorrect grading, if Grade A or B pallets, are advised on site to the yard marshal/downstairs office and recorded via the dispatch paperwork. iForce Auctions cannot accept any claims after the collection has taken place and the stock has been removed from site. Failed Collections Please be advised normal collection times from our Milton Park premises are 12pm-4pm, however we are now able to accept collections from 8am. If you require an earlier collection from Milton Park, this must be advised at least 24 hours before the collection is to take place. Milton Park needs to bring in extra staff for collections before 12pm, so should the collection fail due to non arrival, any surcharges (i.e. loss of booking slot and extra staff) to iForce Auctions will be passed to the customer and will need to be paid before the collection of the order can be re-arranged) The hours for collection are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, collections outside of these hours will not be honoured.
All collecting parties will be requested to provide a form of photographic identification (Passport/ Driving Licence) This will be used to verify the stock is being dispatched to the correct purchaser. |
